Strathe Security, in cooperation with Condor Security (Israel) is offering a 4-day course in facility-security.

The course will be held in Copenhagen from the 13th to the 16th of november 2011. Including both days.

This course will be of very high relevance for security guards working within embassies, shoppingcentres, larger companies (receptionist/security) and larger facilities (fx. plants and schools)

Duration of course: 4 days

Purpose: To upgrade the existing security personnel in dealing with routine and emergency situations

Method: the course will include practical exercises, tactical simulations, conferences, drills and scenario analysis of potential events

Requirements:

All participants will have to provide confirmation of no criminal record, fill a form and present a medical letter issued by a doctor that confirms general mental and physical health for participation.
Furthermore, all material and teaching will be in engllish. Therefore, all students must be able to follow the teaching in english, as well written as oral.
In case of a rejection to an applicant, a reason for this is not guaranteed to be given.


Teaching on the course will include:

-The role of the security guard during routine and emergency situations

-Operational behavior during a violent event inside the facility

-Operational response to protests/demonstrations and forceful entry into the premises

-Body language and non verbal communication as a tool for suspect identification

-Operational procedures for implementing a lock down

-Krav maga specific to events with large amounts of people/multiple opponents

-Unarmed solutions to knife/club attacks and disarming solutions

-Intelligence gathering from the field and translating into proactive solutions

-CCTV analysis, dissemination and quick response to the scene

The instructors on the course are all veterans of the Israeli security establishment with extensive operational experience in field operations. They are constantly training and monitored to be on top of their knowledge both operationally and concerning the pedagogic side. They all have served in special units specific to the what they teach and do not do a mix of various disciplines.

Diplomas for attending this course will be given to be used as a reference for the students.

On monday, wednesday and thursdays evenings, there will be physical training in Real Operationel System (ROS) under chief-instructor Dan Zahdour. ROS is a closecombatsystem developed especially for police and securitypersonel. The instructors have a background from the french police and the french foreign legion.

The evening training is included in the price. Participation in the evening training is not obligatory to graduate the course.

Lunch and refreshments during the course is included.
